Our Classes

Our tumbling program offers a dynamic and exciting way to strength, flexibility, and coordination. Whether you are a beginner eager to learn the basics or an advanced tumbler looking to refine your skills, our experienced coaches are here to guide you. Join us to enhance your tumbling abilities and enjoy the thrill of mastering new moves!

Beginner

Class Skill Curriculum:
•    Candle Sticks, Forward/Backward Roll, Straddle Roll, Bridge Up, Handstand, Cartwheel, Back Limber    
Skill Requirement:
•    Little to No Experience
Class Focus:
•    Body Positions, Body Awareness, Stretching Technique, & Body Coordination. Tumbling Basics & Fundamentals

Intermediate III

Class Skill Curriculum:
•    (Intermediate I & II) + Handstand Forward Roll Straight Arms, Standing Back Handspring, Back Handspring Series, Round Off Back Handspring, Standing/Running Aerial
Skill Requirement:
•    Solid Front Walkover or Coaches Recommendation 
Class Focus:
•    Round Off Back Handspring & Standing Back Handspring. Combination of Intermediate I & II, but moves at an age and skill appropriate pace. 

Intermediate I

​Class Skill Curriculum:
•    (Beginner I) + Handstand Forward Roll, Handstand Limber, Standing/Running Round Off, Backbend Pull Up, Handstand Limber Kick Over  
Skill Requirement:
•    Basic gymnastics knowledge up to a Cartwheel
Class Focus:
•    Introduction to Running Tumbling, Body Control, Spotting Technique, Strength/Flexibility, Intense Technique Training

Advanced

Class Skill Curriculum:
•    (Intermediate II & III) + Back Handspring Series, Cartwheel Back Handspring, Toe Touch Back Handspring, Front Handspring Step Out, Round Off Back Handspring Series, Front Tuck, Aerials
Skill Requirement:
•    Solid Back Handspring
Class Focus:
•    Running/ Power Tumbling, Body Control, Spotting Technique, Intense Technique Training, Tuck Setting Drills, & Running Tucks

Intermediate II

​Class Skill Curriculum:
•    (Intermediate I) + Back Extension Roll, Cartwheel/Round Off Variations, Front/Back Walkover, 
Skill Requirement:
•    Handstand Limber Kick over or Coaches Recommendation
Class Focus:
•    Introduction to Power Tumbling, Round Off Back Handspring, Skill Combination

Elite

Class Skill Curriculum:
•    (Intermediate III & Advanced I) + Standing Back Tuck, Back Handspring Back Tuck, Cartwheel Back Tuck, Round Off Back Handspring Back Tuck, Layout, Alternate Skills 
Skill Requirement:
•    Solid Back Tuck
Class Focus: 
•    Tucks & Layouts, Power Tumbling, Elite Skills, Body Positions
